This category of calibration mixtures consists of predefined scopes of components and their concentrations, its production and certification methodology as well as the claimed uncertainties being documented in a quality system that is frequently audited by a team of ISO17025 recognized auditors and a technical expert.

The traceability of the reported concentration results is mandatory linked to the metrological level of calibrated mass pieces, Certified Reference Materials (CRM) and Primary Reference Materials (PRM)

Blends accredited by the National Accreditation Body (ENAC)

Liquid mixtures are certified by composition (weighing, gravimetric method), by laboratory analysis (analytical method) or by both. These mixtures must not be manufactured using highly volatile components such as ethylene or permanent gases such as methane.
