Gaseous nitrogen is the solution for blanketing, i.e. the protection of a process from the intrusion of humidity, oxidisation, degradation and atmospheric contamination. Nitrogen has other uses, such as purge, pressurisation, mixing and reduction of unwanted emissions into the atmosphere.
