Pure oxygen (O2) is used to intensify oxidation in boilers to obtain higher productivity, and at the same time, achieve a relevant environmental goal – reducing the release of non-condensable gases to the atmosphere.

The application of oxygen helps to reduce the use of chemicals in lignification and allows a high bleaching rate.
